When do we share your information?

Any sharing or disclosure of personal data occurs only in a number of limited circumstances:

Transfer to other Adaptant Group Companies

We may share personal data with other Adaptant Group companies (including our parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies) for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Transfer to Third-Party Cloud Service Providers

Where this is the case, Adaptant will assist you in the preparation of any additional data subject access requests that may be necessitated.

Responding to Law Enforcement Requests

In extraordinary cases, we may be legally obligated to disclose your information to public authorities, as in the case of responding to lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.
