Though we do not collect the date of birth anywhere on this Website, if we learn that we have inadvertently collected the personal data of an individual under the age of 16, it will be promptly removed, and any services provided to the individual discontinued. If you have reason to believe that personal data of a child may have been submitted to us, please inform us directly at email@example.com.

This information is forwarded to a group inbox for one of our representatives to manually review and decide on any follow-up action. Expressions of interest in our products & solutions may be forwarded to our CRM system.
Any sharing or disclosure of personal data occurs only in a number of limited circumstances:
Adaptant uses a number of Cloud service providers with which we may share your information. These include, but are not limited to, payment processing providers (e.g. Stripe), website analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics), helpdesk software providers (e.g. ZenDesk), CRM service providers (e.g. Insightly), marketing service providers (e.g. Mailchimp), and others.
Adaptant has executed DPAs with each of its service providers, which in general are considered as Data Processors acting under Adaptant’s direction as Data Controller. Certain limited exceptions, however, may apply – the payment processor, for example, may, for the limited purpose of verifying identity, obtain additional information and act as a Data Controller in its own right. Where this is the case, Adaptant will assist you in the preparation of any additional data subject access requests that may be necessitated.
In extraordinary cases, we may be legally obligated to disclose your information to public authorities, as in the case of responding to lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.
In the event where a material change would have an impact on the data we have already collected from you (e.g. as part of a preexisting relationship), we will notify you directly via email and seek your explicit consent for any proposed change.
